What version of outlook? What is providing name resolution, WINS, or DNS?

I send a message from outside the network to the SMTP address it reaches all
recipients.
If I connect directly to our bridgehead server and send a message to the
SMTP address, it reaches all recipients.
Are you transferring and opening on the same workstation? Sounds like a
locked file.

MS has an update Holiday definition file available for download from their
