In my (granted, limited) experience I have seen the cause of this to be
whatever AV is running on the Exchange Server. If an item is being
synchronized that hasn't been flagged as scanned by the antivirus software
on the server, it will try to scan it before allowing it to be synchronized

If I remember correctly the AutoAccept wizard from exchangecode.com had the
functionality to blast to a number of boxes, and had a browse button so you
could probably apply your own script. Worst case, write another CDO script

If merging the two organizations is not an option, it may be a good idea to
investigate at least sychronizing the GALs ... in my experience most users
want the other email system just so they can have all those email
addresses, really nothing more.

Can someone please recommend an Exchange mailing list with more skilled

I'm sure I'm not the first to need this, but I am working on a deadline and
am having difficulty finding the right tool quickly. If this has been
resolved on the list before, I would appreciate a thread title to aid in my
searches.
