A legitimate reason to do an eseutil! Finally!
look up eseutil and read the documentation. Make sure you have good backups
before you start.
Exchange will do some of this automatically -- but it won't reduce the size
of
the store.

You Need to do a off-line defrag to regain the lost space. If you don't
have room you can use network space to do the defrag of the database and
