I have one remote OWA user who complains after upgrading to Exch2K SP3
that they no longer get new mail notification. I've been thru Technet

There's no new mail notify over our Cisco VPN system, but we have another
legacy system that allows those packets through. I'm trying to do research
so my network guys have something to work with.
