You'd need to work out why the Service Account is logging on. Typically it would be as a result of a virus scanning utility, Exmerge, Brick-Level backup, etc. Eliminate those and you might start getting some more accurate figures. Alternatively go to a third party vendor and get a reporting

You can export the Windows NT account field, which if the user is gone should be blank, correct? For shared mailboxes, once a year I send them a message and give them one month to reply. If they do not, the mailbox gets hidden for another month, and then deleted. -Original Message-
