There are some issues with that much RAM on standard NT4, and the large
memory tuning support (/3GT boot.ini swich) supposededly helps.

My first thought would be to confirm the page file size. The "standard"
page file for NT Server is not enough for Exchange. I can't remember right
off the text of the 1160 and 1025 events, so sharing those might help

if you don't want Exchange taking all the memory. Something that is not
