Outlook 2000 and up allows to redirect mail by creating a
rule in Rules Wizard. My impression was that such a rule
would be equivalent to setting the Forward option

allows the administrator to control its ability outside the organization.

Actually, I've realized that the rules in Outlook/Exchange only allow me
to forward and not copy. Basically I have someone who wants to have
messages forewarded to a wireless device. From what I can tell, the
forward rule removes the message from the mailbox - this person wants to
be copied.
