This is not a good answer, but you really should consider Outlook2000.

2 notebook users (VIP) have the next problem:
When they work offline and send a message, the message goes to outbox.When
they are online and sychronised it,the message wordt delivered but still
exist in outbox.( Not italic letter type)There is also a
DO they have multiple Information Services set up?
Have you tried recreating their Outlook profiles then re-creating their
*.ost?
