RE: Appointments not Showing in Outlook

Don't be scared - I'm experiencing something like this too. I have users whose appointments seem to be disappearing as well. It started right after I moved their mailboxes from their old Exch55 server to their new Exch2K server. It seems to be limited to appointments created before the move. I

RE: Manually relocate transaction log files

You can also simply stop the Exch55 services, move (keep) the log files to another drive/server, and start the services. When you stop the services, all data in the transaction logs SHOULD be committed to the databases. I've seen KBs on MS' website implying it doesn't always happen ut it has

RE: Store.exe in Task Manager

So if store.exe is not using more memory (only 512K out of 2GB): A) Does that guarrentee it does not need more? B) Is there a way to force or encourage it to use more? I know, I know. I'm asking for someone else, OK? _ List posting

POP3 using SSL

2003-10-23 Thread Chris Megginson
I'm searching for instructions on setting up OL2K or OLXP to use POP3 on E2K SP3 using SSL. I think I have the server setup correctly but am unsure of how to setup the client. aTdHvAaNnKcSe Chris Megginson, MCSE _ List posting FAQ

Thanks for the quick response. That's the This server requires a secure connection (SSL). check box on the Advanced tab, right? Under POP3 server Access/Authorization, I have both clear and Int. Windows Auth. if that matters. Don't I need to download a certificate to the client? Chris
