Thanks Chris, That was exactly what I was looking for. What I am doing after I enabled journaling was to send all messages to a mailbox and then set up a rule to move the attachments to a personal folder. Works well. _ List

SMTP Timeout error

I have a NT 4 SP5 Server running Exchange 5.5 SP3 using the IMC. I am getting this error - A timeout error occured while trying to receive mail from insert host name or while waiting for the HELO or MAILFROM command. The event ID is 4048 I am receiving most mail but there are some customers

Additional Info rec'd - If a user reply's to a message that I send them it wil be delivered to me. However if that user initiates a new message they get the timeout error. _ List posting FAQ:

MTA Error in Event Log.

An RPC Communications error occured. Unable to bind over RPC. Locality Table Index; 49. Windows 2000 MTA error code:1753 Comms Error Code. Bind Error 0. Remote Server Name This error is appearing on a new exchange 2000 server. It has the ADC connector installed as well as a SMTP connector.

Groupshield 5.0 vs. Sybari

I see one big differnce in the apps on paper. Sybari utilizies 4 engines vs. the 1 engine Groupshield utilizies. Does anyone have real world exp. on which of these products would fit an Exchange 2K site with only one server in that site and 500 mailboxes on that server. Thanks

How do I change the Font Size when reading messages?

When reading not only plain text messages. I have a sony picture book and when I try to read messages that have been sent to me in other formats than Plain Text the size is very small. I can modify the settings when reading messages that have been sent in Plain Text. Thanks
