RENAME the account. Once that is done, save the changes. You may want to

Also, since we don't otherwise use the Office Field, and it is searched
during name resolution, I put the old alias name in the Office field. That

domain account to match.
Also, I add a NEW SMTP address and leave the other one, so that e-mail
