I am running Win2K Office2K, and I can setup to use an .ost if I like.
The option is under Tools, Services, then Microsoft Exchange Server,
Properties, Advanced. You will see a checkbox the says 'Enable Offline
Use'.
Is that checkbox there?

Are you saying that on the OL2k client if you right click on the inbox and
go to properties, that you don't have a synchronization tab?
Have you recreated the profile?
What have you done to troubleshoot this?
