You really need to post the text of the Dr. Watson - without that, we could guess the answer until the cows come home. But first, could you tick all that apply below: [ ] Have you recreated the Outlook Profile from scratch [ ] Have you reinstalled Outlook [ ] Have you reinstalled the client completely [ ] Does everyone have the same error, or is it only certain people? There are some very good smart people on this list, but even the smartest are likely to need to know the versions of exchange and outlook you are using.
