it's pretty difficult to stop spam as such - precisely for the reason you have discovered: domains keep changing... you really need a dedicated 3rd party solution for this as ex is not good enough as is. q2 - have a look at http://spam.abuse.net/ as for q3 - don't know and can't remember as not
