Check out Q282184 and Q248398. Do a search on the MS exchange admin newsgroups, I believe the problem has been discussed there with an appropriate fix. (I ran into a similar situation once... I'd describe the fix, but I'm not 100% sure and I'd rather not give you wrong information.
