Actually they renamed it again. It's no longer MMS. Now they want to charge us an outrageous amount for a version upgrade (more expensive than the original purchase price) even though we have always had maintenance. You can't do that. Tumbleweed doesn't plug in to Exchange. The other way around is feasible though. Use Tumbleweed as your DMZ SMTP and utilize SMTP mail scanning and use ScanMail internally. We've been using Tumbleweed for a few years now and I'm afraid their support has gone downhill since we purchased it [1]. We currently use Trend Micro Scanmail 3.52 and I couldn't be any happier with it. However, there is a plan in place to globally purchase the Tumbleweed Product. 'They' want to know if we are intersted in using it if they do purchase for the entire site. Does anyone have any experience with Tumbleweed? I've never heard of it and their website is a bit vague. We use the Tumbleweed MMS here. I have to admit I miss Antigen, but Tumbleweed seems up to the anti-virus task.
