I am not sure how this is going to help me? I just want exim to deliver the mail to another address if the header says : X-Spam-Flag:YES. I can do this with .forward if users have mail boxes on the server. But how can I do this when all mails are forwarded to the exchange server ?

Hello, Our mail server has been up for 259 days now, and in the last few days we have started to see emails go missing. They leave the mail client, and the client thinks the email has been sent. However, quite a few of the emails are never being received. Our logs show lots of entries like this:
