If you recompiled the kernel as you have stated. Simply type this
command:
ls /boot/kern*
if you can see anything along the lines of kernel.h or
kernel.h-(kernel version). There you will find your kernel headers
alla no kernel header rpm. Thus, hopefully that will shed some light

Hi Dean,
There's a great document that details how to get KDE2 and KDE3 working on
the same computer at the same time located here:
http://women.kde.org/projects/coding/kde2+3.html4
I've used the instructions there a number of times with good success. One of
the nice things is that it uses

Hi!
I have upgraded my 8.2 with latest kernels, and now I can't run
v,ware-config.pl, because kernel header version does not match
2.4.18-8.1 vs. 2.4.18-6. It seems to me that there is a mismatch between
versions for kernel rpms:
root@magnum ekr]# rpm -qa | grep kernel

Sounds like you have not run initrd to create ramdisk image. Same thing
happened to me. Just run initrd image filename kernel version (under
/lib/modules) and then add that file name into the initrd= section of
lilo.conf.

You might take a look at phpGroupWare. It's been around long enough
