if you install webmin, it gives you a nice easy interface to sendmail. from
there you can setup the actual relay settings per domain name (or ip network
id's)

to tell the truth, I think that webmin's sendmail config is version
independent (for basic functionality that is). I currently have the
"default" versions (of sendmail and webmin) from the mdk7.2 install on a
live email server working wonderfully...!!

would also suggest a Expert/Expert install -- basicly stripping it down of
everything that it installs basic. I have got my installs down to a 500
meg installation (with fluff of course) so the hard drive reaally doesn't need
to be too large.
