The misleading of these people has probably been going on for a long time. Only
now they reap the fruit of their labours. Some people are very satisfied with
their work theses days.
I'm surprised this didn't start happening a lot sooner, frankly. These guys are
sitting ducks, naive and easily exploitable. You have to cross your fingers
some of them don't get into really serious trouble. If they're younger and
good-looking, they're especially vulnerable.
