Well, in many cases I agree with you. I make it a point never to donate $$ to
politicians. Period. I absolutely loathe the advertising/campaign process
here in the US.
But, I do have respect for the politician that truly understands what public
service means and who tirelessly works
I think honest and educated candidates are decreasing simply because that
masses are losing their discriminative ability to choose a good candidate.
That's why independants aren't that popular. Americans need labels, charisma,
and key phrases uttered to grasp their attention these days. It's
Stay the course. We're all in this together. Duuh. Tee Hee, I agree
that we need more good candidates. And, our two-party system is helping
polarize. Too much money influencing. What a waste of good dollars that could
be put to so much better use.
