I am called by Hashem of Israel - my Father GOD, the Most High, and the Son of
GOD, the Messiah of Israel - my LORD Yeshua to convey GOD's Words to people in
the last days. I have proof, the visible Sign of HOLY SPIRIT like a Light Dove
on my forehead, and the Sign of Light Cross on my face.

It is no wonder Obama demotes the Jews and in his recent speech there has been
the scenes of the fiercest anti-Israel, etc. For the reason, in fact,
satan-possessed clinton pretends, practises deception, division, corruption,
and the evil spirit of clinton enters Obama’s body and mind. Evil spirits and
demons control those whom they enter, to affect their minds, bodies, actions,
illusions and speaking. Our Almighty GOD of Israel told me and confirmed to me
that clinton is the last satan, possessed, in the world in the last days; and,
clinton commits fornication with his daughter; their mouths are full of
blasphemy and dirtiness. clinton, hillary and their evil family must be nailed
into crosses.

GOD revealed to me HIS words at Zephaniah 1: 2-3 that I will utterly consume
everything from the face of the earth, I will consume humans and beasts; I will
consume the birds of the air and the fish of the sea, and the stumbling blocks
with the wicked. I will cut off humankind from the face of the earth.

Our Father GOD and Our LORD are at work. It is revealed to me what must soon
take place in the last days. GOD will do what He has said in His time. Now it
is the end time of last days, satan and all evil spirits and devils will be
destroyed completely by our Almighty GOD.

The death time of lucifer and united states and clinton is come. GOD said:
Kill clinton , Destroy united states ! That the matter has been firmly decided
by GOD and GOD will do it soon. And, GOD said I will bless those who bless
Abraham and I will curse those who curse Abraham. So its downfall for a country
which go against Israel .

These are what I am told and confirmed from my Father GOD of Israel and my LORD

2009-09-02 Thread TurquoiseB
Followers of Joss Whedon's TV series Dollhouse know that
in the last days of Season 1 FOX demanded a 13th episode
from him so that they could have a viable extra to put
on the DVD boxed set. This demand came at the same time
that they wouldn't tell him whether there was going to be
a second season or not. Joss, ever the trickster, told them
he'd do the 13th episode -- shooting on video at half the
cost of a normal episode -- if they'd just let him do it
his way. He had them at half the cost.

His way turned out to be a sneak peek into what the
series could become *if* allowed to continue. He showed
the Dollhouse 10 years later, in 2019, and what its tech-
nology had wrought in the world.

Anyway, having watched the whole Dollhouse series again
recently on DVD, it occurs to me that a fun post could be
created out of doing the same thing with Fairfield Life.
If we had a sneak peek into the future, what would FFL
be like in 2019? Here's my quick try at such a glimpse,
typed in over coffee at my favorite cafe:

* Nabby is no longer posting. He dropped out at the end
of 2012, claiming that Maitreya and Sat Yuga had both
arrived, capitalism was dead, and space aliens had landed,
all on schedule. He claimed that the fact that no one but
himself noticed these events is that they weren't evolved
enough, called them all spiritual vampires, and decided
to go on a permanent butt-bouncing course. He was declared
Off The Program by the TMO because of all the other spiritual
teachers he has seen over the years and refused admission
to the course, so he currently is a chicken plucker in a
Norwegian canning factory, working for 3 Euros an hour. He
supplements his income by making and selling crop circle
models from the leftover chicken feathers.

* Bhairitu is now a nationally-known psychic, because every
one of the conspiracy theories he posted to FFL came true.

* Rick and Alex and gullible_fool are still the moderators,
and still as unflappable, even-handed, and fair as they
always were. Except when someone posts spam; then they have
the offender dragged out into an alley, beaten senseless,
and left to die in a pool of blood. As a result, there is
less spam on FFL in 2019.

* do.rflex is still living happily in Brazil. Interestingly,
his pension from the US Postal Service is still coming in
like clockwork, even though every other retirement fund in
America, including Social Security, failed during the crash
of 2014.

* Willytex is currently on parole and registered as a sex
offender, after having been caught in flagrante dicto with
an underage prairie dog.

* Raunchydog is sadly behind bars as well. She barged into
a campaign speech by Hillary Clinton during her unsuccessful
second run for the Presidency in 2016, shouting and demanding
that Hillary give her a pair of her panties, as a reward for
Raunchy's loyalty and devotion all these years, and because
she was entitled to them. Hillary didn't see it exactly that
way, and Raunchy was dragged off kicking and screaming.
Later Bill Clinton -- out of compassion -- sent her a pair
of Monica Lewinsky's old panties and Raunchy, believing them
to be Hillary's, is now finally happy and content. She still
does TM twice daily in her cell and attributes her happiness
to TM, not to the panties.

* off_world_beings is finally off world. He volunteered for
the first manned mission to Uranus, and now swims 50 laps a
day there in its liquid nitrogen atmosphere. He still posts
via Interplanetary Internet, and is a little touchy when
people pronounce the name of his new planet with a
long a sound.

* Doug Hamilton is the only meditator still living in Fairfield.

* Sal Sunshine is still FFL's token hottie, and proud of it.

* Judy Stein still makes 50 posts per week, even though no
one has read any of them or replied to any of them since
2010. Actually, she kinda likes it this way, because when
she claims to have won every imagined argument no one reads
that or argues with that, either. She still lives in New Jersey,
but since the publishing industry tanked in 2012 and no one
reads any more (and thus there is no need for editors), she
makes her living by screaming at tourists passing by on the
boardwalk and making that face in the photo she posted to the
FFL Photos area, scaring them into dropping their Coke cans,
which she then sells to a recycling plant.

* In 2019 Tom Pall has now officially posted to FFL under
287 different screen names. He still lives in Texas and in
his spare time he's still trying to get the forum taken down.

* John (jr_esq) and Billy are still Celibate And Proud Of It.
No one cares any more about this in 2019 than they did in 2009.

* One of our members (name withheld out of compassion) has
sadly passed on to that big rounding course in the sky. He
was at home one day and a uniformed policeman came to the
door soliciting contributions for a police charity event. The
former FFLer saw the uniform, shouted, You guvmint Commie.

No, no, no Raunchy. Tom Pall is the one who gets
to make up new screen names and post crazy shit
to FFL. You have to find your own schtick. :-)

boink anyone other than January Jones. :-)

Mad Men is very slw. It's title is silly. The characters
are inscrutable. (Just why would lead character Don Draper
ignore the gold in the palm of his hand?). And I absolutely
loved it.

That, and The Wire, are just about my all-time faves: Great
acting and no stereotypes.

Do a Google search on her name and you'll see that she's been spamming this

[FairfieldLife] A question for Nelson Riddle (and others, if they want)

2009-09-02 Thread TurquoiseB
Take the case of our recent spammer, Miryam
Shoshan Yosef. Read her original post at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/message/228914
and, more important, her Yahoo profile at:
http://profiles.yahoo.com/blog/O3EONM42ERQRZWLOFZ7R7YXDO4?eid=WLtO3eo3yyuxrsxAYzIjxbB3_RAVlOJj81QMWlZFXnbmbnw_xg

OK, she claims to be 48 and from Israel.
Personally, I suspect that it's more likely
that she is 58 or more and that she lives
in a trailer park in Bucksnort, Tennessee.

So, assuming for the sake of argument that
she *does* live in the United States, should
this person be allowed to own a gun?

She has written extensively to the Internet
for months urging the killing of Bill Clinton,
Hillary Clinton, and Obama. So what do you
see as her gun rights?

If she is a U.S. citizen, her 'gun rights' are
specified in the U.S. Constitution, Second
Amendment, which has been consistently upheld
by the U.S. Supreme Court.

You and Judy can call citizens who exercise
their civil rights 'gun nuts' if you want to,
but it doesn't do your argument for disarming
the people any good. In fact it makes you two
look like extremists, not the othe way around.

But what is really troubling is not that she
might have a gun in her possesion, but that
you, living in Spain, would even care if she
did. You sound really scared, Barry.

Firearms laws in Spain are very restrictive,
you probabkly already knew that. What I'd be
worried about, if I lived over there, is the
local terrorists. From what I've read, they're
not very fond of people coming over there and
sponging off the government.

U.S. Economy Gets Lift From Stimulus By DEBORAH SOLOMON
http://online.wsj.com/search/search_center.html?KEYWORDS=DEBORAH+SOLOMO\
NARTICLESEARCHQUERY_PARSER=bylineAND
WASHINGTON -- Government efforts to funnel hundreds of billions of
dollars into the U.S. economy appear to be helping the U.S. climb out of
the worst recession in decades.
  [[Clunker photo]] European Pressphoto Agency
A load operator at Auto Parts Plus in Stafford, Va., crushes a car last
week that was traded in during the 'cash for clunkers' program.

But there's little agreement about which programs are having the biggest
impact. Some economists argue that efforts such as the Federal Reserve's
aggressive buying of Treasury debt and mortgage-backed securities, as
well as government efforts to shore up banks, are providing a bigger
boost than the administration's $787 billion stimulus package.

The U.S. economy is beginning to show signs of improvement, with many
economists asserting the worst is past and data pointing to
stronger-than-expected growth. On Tuesday, data showed manufacturing
grew in August for the first time in more than a year. There's a method
to the madness. We're getting out of this, said Brian Bethune, chief
U.S. financial economist at IHS Global Insight.

Much of the stimulus spending is just beginning to trickle through the
economy, with spending expected to peak sometime later this year or in
early 2010. The government has funneled about $60 billion of the $288
billion in promised tax cuts to U.S. households, while about $84 billion
of the $499 billion in spending has been paid. About $200 billion has
been promised to certain projects, such as infrastructure and energy
projects.
  [[Geithner photo]] Bloomberg News
U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner speaks last month at the
construction site of a new elementary school in Berea, Ohio.

Economists say the money out the door -- combined with the expectation
of additional funds flowing soon -- is fueling growth above where it
would have been without any government action.

Many forecasters say stimulus spending is adding two to three percentage
points to economic growth in the second and third quarters, when
measured at an annual rate. The impact in the second quarter, calculated
by analyzing how the extra funds flowing into the economy boost
consumption, investment and spending, helped slow the rate of decline
and will lay the groundwork for positive growth in the third quarter --
something that seemed almost implausible just a few months ago. Some
economists say the 1% contraction in the second quarter would have been
far worse, possibly as much as 3.2%, if not for the stimulus.

For the third quarter, economists at Goldman Sachs Co. predict the
U.S. economy will grow by 3.3%. Without that extra stimulus, we would
be somewhere around zero, said Jan Hatzius, chief U.S. economist for
Goldman.

IT'S BEEN USED SUCCESSFULLY BY FORMER ABDUCTEES FOR NINE YEARS.

THIS WEBSITE TELLS YOU HOW TO MAKE A THOUGHT SCREEN HELMET, THE
MATERIALS AND TOOLS YOU NEED TO MAKE ONE, AND WHERE YOU CAN OBTAIN THE
MATERIALS

IF YOU ARE ABDUCTED BY ALIENS THE HELMET WILL WORK FOR YOU

Full-time employed aviation technical writer Michael Menkin making a
thought screen helmet. Construction time for each helmet is four hours.

How The Thought Screen Helmet Works

The thought screen helmet scrambles telepathic communication between
aliens and humans. Aliens cannot immobilize people wearing thought
screens nor can they control their minds or communicate with them using
their telepathy. When aliens can't communicate or control humans, they
do not take them.

A Record of Success

The thought screen helmet has effectively stopped several types of
aliens from abducting or controlling humans. Only four failures have
been reported since 1998.

Two of those failures were encounters with alien-human hybrids. In 2005,
a cloth helmet with a smaller area of Velostat, which had a Velcro
strap, was easily removed by an alien-human hybrid. Another failure
occurred in 2007 when two alien-human hybrids snuck up behind a frail
woman, tackled her, and forcedly removed her helmet. These alien-human
hybrids are described in The Threat by David Jacobs and in Sight Unseen
by Budd Hopkins.

The helmet still works for people being abducted by aliens, but not by
their alien-human hybrids who are now integrating into our societies.

Worldwide Use

Adults and children all over America, all over Australia, in Canada,
the United Kingdom, India, Austria, Italy, Portugal, and in the Republic
of South Africa are wearing thought screen helmets to stop alien
abductions. Many former abudctees have been wearing thought screen
helmets successfully since 1999.

Successful Shielding Material

Other shielding material was tried in previous models with less success.
Only thought screen helmets using Velostat are effective. Large
leather aviator hats lined with Velostat with secure straps are
recommended for making effective helmets but any hat that covers your
whole head and has eight sheets of Velostat will work. A similar
material called LINQSTAT, which is made in Canada, may also be used.

Cost of Materials is $30

You can make a thought screen helmet for $30 if you purchase Velostat by
the yard.

You Can Make Different Kinds of Thought Screens

For photos of other types of thought screens go to Aliens and Children,
the sister site, in the links section.

Levi Johnston: Palin Offered To Adopt Baby, Talked About Resigning After

Former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK)

In the upcoming (and much-awaited) article in Vanity Fair, Levi Johnston
dishes some serious dirt
http://www.vanityfair.com/online/daily/2009/09/levi-johnston.html on
Sarah Palin. In the excerpts that have been teased out this morning,
Johnston, says that Palin didn't like being governor, thinking that it
was too hard, and immediately after the 2008 election she began to think
about resigning in order to pursue something more lucrative:
Sarah was sad for a while. She walked around the house pouting. I had
assumed she was going to go back to her job as governor, but a week or
two after she got back she started talking about how nice it would be to
quit and write a book or do a show and make triple the money. It was,
to her, not as hard. She would blatantly say, I want to just take
this money and quit being governor. She started to say it frequently,
but she didn't know how to do it. When she came home from work, it
seemed like she was more and more stressed out.
Johnston also says that Palin is not the attentive, wholesome mother
that she has made herself out to be:
The Palin house was much different from what many people expect of a
normal family, even before she was nominated for vice president. There
wasn't much parenting in that house. Sarah doesn't cook, Todd doesn't
cook--the kids would do it all themselves: cook, clean, do the laundry,
and get ready for school. Most of the time Bristol would help her
youngest sister with her homework, and I'd barbecue chicken or steak on
the grill.
Johnston also says that when Bristol became pregnant, Palin repeatedly
tried to hide the matter by offering to raise the child as her own:
Sarah told me she had a great idea: we would keep it a secret--nobody
would know that Bristol was pregnant. She told me that once Bristol had
the baby she and Todd would adopt him. That way, she said, Bristol and I
didn't have to worry about anything. Sarah kept mentioning this plan.
She was nagging--she wouldn't give up. She would say, So, are you gonna
let me adopt him? We both kept telling her we were definitely not going
to let her adopt the baby. I think Sarah wanted to make Bristol look
good, and she didn't want people to know that her 17-year-old daughter
was going to have a kid.

[FairfieldLife] Robberies force halt of pizza deliveries in Iowa City

2009-09-02 Thread bob_brigante

Iowa City is only about 50K population, so this is kind of surprising:

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - There is some disagreement among operators of 2
fast-food restaurants over the safety of delivering pizza to a section
of Iowa City after two armed robberies of delivery drivers.

A Pizza Pit delivery driver was robbed Aug. 29 in southeast Iowa City,
the same area where a restaurant delivery woman was robbed late Monday.
While no one was arrested in the first robbery, authorities say two men
are in custody for the second crime.

Dan Alexander, the manager of the Pizza Pit said Wednesday his
restaurant will not deliver to southeast Iowa City.

However, the manager of a Pizza Hut located near the neighborhood says
he'll continue to deliver to the area. Bob Crandall says his drivers
carry little cash and are trained to know their delivery area and be
wary of suspicious activity.

Opponents of health insurance reform have power. Some reap huge profits from
the status quo. Others take large campaign contributions from those who profit.

So they'll do anything to keep the current system in place. When fact-based
arguments don't work, they attack President Obama with outlandish lies about a
government takeover and euthanizing the elderly. And once that doesn't work,
they'll go even further.

We don't know what they'll do next. What we do know is that we'll have to be
prepared for anything -- ready to set the record straight, ready to make sure
the media and Congress see the overwhelming support for reform, and ready to
pass real reform this year.

I can't say such groups do not exist. They might. But I suspect FF is
seen as a Hindu style New Age town, based on the what I get from posts
on FF spiritual teachers. If they are there, I'd expect them to keep a
low profile or be occasional visitors.

If I was a Buddhist, FF would not be where I would choose to live. FF
is a primary TM capital still. A Buddhist, esp. a lay person, would
want a retreat center designed as a laboratory for the changes in
consciousness s/he would want to explore. Imagine a very specialized
Forest Academy and you'll get what I mean. And of course part of
leaving the past behind would mean leaving any attachment to places
like a primarily Hindu-Vedic FF. You'd move where there are resources.
Where could you find something as obscure as a dark retreat cabin or a
sealed cave with attendants? I doubt you'd find them in FF, let alone
someone qualified to teach you. How about a sealed three-year, three
month retreat center? Again: rare birds.

I can only guess based on what I've heard here. I was under the
impression that some Buddhist teachers had visited or perhaps still do
visit FF, but that there were no hardcore groups there. Just my
impression. It could be a completely false perception. I haven't lived
in FF since the 80's! But it's still a neat place to peep in on.

[FairfieldLife] Rahm Baucus dealt the public option away

2009-09-02 Thread raunchydog

The White House cuts the public option loose in a trial balloon in
Politico http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0909/26672.html :

Obama is considering detailing his health-care demands in a major speech
as soon as next week, when Congress returns from the August recess. And
although House leaders have said their members will demand the inclusion
of a public insurance option, Obama has no plans to insist on it
himself, the officials said.

Of course he's not going to include a public option -- as DC's beltway
class well knows http://twitter.com/DavidShuster/status/3703648301 ,
it's been gone for a long time. Those who deluded themselves into
thinking he would veto a bill that didn't have one were -- well,
deluded.Rahm and the Baucus Caucus
http://campaignsilo.firedoglake.com/2009/08/19/the-baucus-caucus-phrma-\
insurance-hospitals-and-rahm/ dealt the public option away months ago
in order to keep stakeholers at the negotiating tables, and from filling
the coffers of Republicans in 2010.

The Blue Dogs (whose votes have been whipped by the White House who told
them there will be no public plan) will make the House bill conform
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/02/us/politics/02bluedogs.html?_r=1hp
to whatever comes out of the Senate.

The White House is making the calculation that the hit they suffer when
they drop the public plan is only with the far left, that they can
survive that and actually use it to their advantage by triangulating
against the blogs.

It's just a guess, but when average Americans understand that health
care reform means they will be forced to pay Blue Cross more money than
they do now for worse insurance or be fined 2.5% of their income, I have
a feeling it's not just going to be a couple of radical lefties who are
pissed off about what amounts to an increase in middle class taxes.
Unfortunately, since all the liberal interest groups ceded the bank
bailout debate to the teabaggers and there was no pushback against the
White House's decision to coddle AIG, the right owns that particular
real estate and will be well poised to make the most of it.

For us, the question becomes: what are we going to do? How much do we
care, how hard are we going to push Democrats in the House, elected by
solid Democratic majorities, to stand up to this railroading and defend
the public option?

There are 55 members in D+10 districts
http://campaignsilo.firedoglake.com/2009/08/30/were-having-a-contest-wh\
ich-democrat-has-the-most-lobbyist-skeletons-in-their-closet/ who have
not said that they will vote against any bill that does not have a
strong public option. For me, sitting by and watching them help to
bailout PhRMA and the insurance industry on the backs of the middle
class, just when people are struggling to find decent jobs in the midst
of a recession, is not an option.

We'll be looking into the campaign finance histories of these members,
as well as their voting records, to try and ascertain if there are
reasons they are not signing on that the public should know about.

10 million and doesn't even start until after two elections in 2013.
To have them force the poor Wal Mart minimum wage employees off a good
Medicaid program and on to a crap Wal Mart plan. To have the states pick
up more and more expense. To have them not do our bidding and only do
the CEOs' bidding….is called what?

Nice wording is that we do not have a functioning democracy. Bad word
is fascism.

the White House would be pressuring them to make a deal.

She made that comment a month ago. The underlying assumption is that
there will be no public option in the final bill, and the White House
will be twisting people's arms to vote for it:

There are a number of neighborhoods around the country where pizza is
not delivered because of the level of violence, and those neighborhoods
are almost always African-American. I didn't know that IC had a 'hood,
but I guess the Southeast is a black neighborhood:

Whatever way that people want to live, they get to live -- therefore,
the violence and stupidity of the Kaliyuga, because that is what people
want to do, and the infinite flexibility of Brahman means that people
get what they want. The Kaliyuga is slated to last another 427,000
years, but it can be terminated early, just as the life of a man who is
full of wrongdoing is full of disease and easily put to an end.

However, the Kaliyuga is not ended because the majority of people want
it to end -- it's not a democratic decision where it's put to a vote.
The Kaliyuga ends because people who expand their awareness and live
lives full of bliss , instead of violence and misery, feel the pressure
of unhappiness from wrongdoers, and begin to silently appeal to Krishna
to protect them. Krishna then comes to earth as the 10th incarnation of
Vishnu in the Yugic cycle, Lord Kalki, and moves the unrighteous to
another location so that they can continue to live hell, but just not
hell on earth -- an eminently fair solution.

The problem in ending the Kaliyuga early is that this transition cannot
happen quickly, or the reaction from the ignorant and unhappy will douse
the transition before the critical mass of righteous and happy people is
reached which will invoke Krishna's appearance.

So just practice patience and good humor, and the Sat Yuga will
eventually roll around...even if it takes another 427K yrs.

Well, there is a weekly transcendental vipassana group meditation held in
Fairfield. Is fabulous spiritual practice even for the enlightened. Led by a
person who came to FF many years ago as a practiced buddhist and TM'er. This
Weds group meditation is one of the nicest more powerful things going on here.
A nice refuge. Has been for years. I just came in from it a while ago tonite.

Hordes of TMers have taken up Buddhist or other kinds of Hindu
 meditation.

So why are there not scads of Buddhist groups
on Doug's list? I don't expect zen zealots to
relocate to Fairfield, Iowa, but I would expect
a few former TMers who live there to form zen groups.

I can't say such groups do not exist. They might. But I suspect FF is seen
as a Hindu style New Age town, based on the what I get from posts on FF
spiritual teachers. If they are there, I'd expect them to keep a low profile
or be occasional visitors.

If I was a Buddhist, FF would not be where I would choose to live. FF is a
primary TM capital still. A Buddhist, esp. a lay person, would want a
retreat center designed as a laboratory for the changes in consciousness
s/he would want to explore. Imagine a very specialized Forest Academy and
you'll get what I mean. And of course part of leaving the past behind would
mean leaving any attachment to places like a primarily Hindu-Vedic FF. You'd
move where there are resources. Where could you find something as obscure as
a dark retreat cabin or a sealed cave with attendants? I doubt you'd find
them in FF, let alone someone qualified to teach you. How about a sealed
three-year, three month retreat center? Again: rare birds.

I can only guess based on what I've heard here. I was under the impression
that some Buddhist teachers had visited or perhaps still do visit FF, but
that there were no hardcore groups there. Just my impression. It could be a
completely false perception. I haven't lived in FF since the 80's! But it's
still a neat place to peep in on.

Coincidentally, there was a guy at our Wednesday Night Satsang tonight who
identified himself as a Buddhist, and seemed to be really into it.
