Subject: [FairfieldLife] Safari question

Sometimes, for no apparent reason that I can

see at least, my cursor will appear with a little

blue globe attached to it. While it's there, the cursor

won't do much, and I haven't

been able to figure out any way to get rid

of the thing except excessive reloading.

Anybody know what this is about, and

how to avoid it? It's getting to be

a real nuisance. Thanks.

Isn't it the equivalent of the little clock, indicating that Safari is busy?

Not sure, but have you considered trying the Safari 4.0 beta? It's
excellent and the fastest browser I've used. Certainly faster than
Firefox.

If you have Time Machine installed, use Time Machine to reinstall it
fresh. It takes a couple of seconds, and it will act like a new install.

Thanks, Vaj. Right now I'm using Firefox, as per
Alex's suggestion, but I'm going to keep this in mind.
