Re: [FairfieldLife] RE: US Commandos Seize al Shabab Leader

This is probably Nabby's long awaited "collapse of the US". It was
inevitable. Back in the late 1970s I started reading books on
economics. I found it a fascinating subject and still do. I can't see
any way out of the mess that has been made of the economy. Time to
hunker down for the long haul.

Bhairitu,

That appears to be the common theme when a US president is in trouble.
Obama was ready to attack Syria to make an American statement to the
world. But luckily Assad backed down. Whether it was due to Pope
Francis' intervention or the TM yagyas, we'll never really know for sure.

Also, Obama might pull something out of the hat to raise the debt
limit of the federal government. Some have speculated that he could
invoke the provision of the 14th Amendment.

Anyway, the longer the federal government shutdown continues, the
higher the pressure for Obama to do something will increase. We have
a case here of a political Russian roulette between Obama and Boehner.
Who's going to pull the trigger first?

Yes, I would, but everything's so messed up now that I wouldn't be surprised at
what they might be able to cover up.

Don'cha kinda think if that had happened, it woulda been front-page news,
Share? I mean, there was a huge fuss about the drone killings of al-Awlaki and
his son in Yemen.

Richard, I wonder if any US citizens have been killed by drones within the US.
That would be even more alarming.
