Well at least you can say they have lawyers--whether they are savvy or not I guess is a relative thing. With everything copyrighted or trademarked and them trying to protect them, I think they are pretty savvy. Well, my only point was is that there often is a huge gap between what the TMO says, and what is reality. And lawsuits or not, I think it's not a real good idea to trust them without verifying, especially on such crucial matters as health. Add to that, and this is simply an observation, that a heck of a lot of people who follow their recommendations to a tee seem to get seriously ill much more than most others. And do you really think they have legal savvy? I guess I just haven't seen much over the years to indicate try to get away with whatever and however much they can.
