I was surprised how empty the voting hall was when I voted. Less than ten of us
in the hall to vote at the time. Certainly no wait in the lobby like the last
time I voted. Maybe it was because it was just after 4:00 PM and most people
want to vote before work, at lunchtime, or after work.
