Cannot take out dvd disk

Dear All, I am seeing the problem with the disk tray closing immediately after eject. Apparently, this problem is related with the following bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=451320 How can I now take out the dvd disk that is inside the tray? Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Paul
