Kerry,
Angel Paassht tested FeLV+ when she was just over a year old. We had
her another 7 years and 7 months. She was so full of life...an eternal
kitten right up to the end. We wouldn't trade our time with her for
anything in the world. We have 7 others and they are all healthy except
I have a wonderful, loving former
"throwaway" named Dixie Louise. We are not real sure how old she is
but I suspect about 2 years old. She was tested for FeLV + in June 2005
when I took her to the vet to be spayed. She lived on my mother's
patio and in a pine thicket for several months
My personal experience with FeLV+ cats and teeth is ... get the teeth/gums addressed. She'll be happier, healthier andlive longer. You'll also have less health issues with her in the future so although it may be costly for starters, it's well worth it in the long run ... PATMarylyn [EMAIL

My kids and I fosterd a pregnant cat for the humane society who had 6 kittens.when they were about 2 weeks old the HS brought us 3 orphans about the same age and introduced them to the mom. later the
Wow Kerry! What a great opportunity! And kudos to
you for recognizing the opportunity and running with
it!
Here is my contribution:
I fell in love with a kitten from a stray who I ended

Thank you, Becca - they had their 7th day anniversary on Saturday, their
eyes are almost open, but not yet. They all are doing well,, though
mama Bella has been sneezing, so I am a bit worried. The babies are so
cute together - they fight with each other, kicking each other with
their tiny leggs
Dear Kerry,
My mother was Brenda Smith, I am Janine Smith, and she would have
wanted me to write to you for this cause. We have THREE cats with
FelV. Peridot is a beautiful orange tabby and he came to us over 7
years ago and he was around four the vet thought. He is now at

Addressed in what way?
If you have men who will exclude any of God's

from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who
will deal likewise with their fellow

Marylyn, my opinion might be biased, but
still real, so I wanted to share this with you.. If you are going to have her anesthetize
for dental, please run an entire blood work to make sure that all of her organ
is normal, and she is not anemic.. I have had very bad experience with it for a
Congrats to Pekoe! That's SO wonderful! And the fact he's
stopped eating concrete--wow. It's good to know that miracles happen, and Pekoe
sounds like a real little miracle.
He sounds just like my neg Tiger in his newly acquired litter
habits. Tiger does pretty well what Pekoe does. Also
