Tomi is worse off than I thought

I guess I should have been paying closer attention to him while dealing with Kisa's illness. I took him to the vet today to get a complete blood count done. The hemobartonella is back, and his red blood cells are down to 1.35 (normals are 5-11). HCT is 7.7. All his other counts are abnormal
