Instead of an enema, which cats (nor we) really appreciate, why not try some fiber? Have you tried sardines, mackerel, Boston Market chicken (if there's one near you), smoked ham, thin slices of roast beef - all those things are great for fussy eating cats (one of those things might just be it).
