Thanks, Julie. There was a ringworm epidemic at the shelter many months before Charlie got there, so maybe it is that. Though it does not look like ringworm, but from your post I guess sometimes maybe it doesn't look stereotypical. They did a skin scraping to check for mange, but I do not
