Hi Paolo,
I hope you've got this straightened out by now, but you should be able to
just create a whole new yahoo address and rejoin the group. You and Rompi are
in my prayers.

thank you for asking. Rompi's surgery has been scheduled for thursday
morning. Today's RX showed nothing abnormal, apart that evil thing with
the diameter of a golf ball. Rompi has no symptoms, eats like a lion,
evacuates like a lion, is FIV-/FeLV- and the vet says that his blood test

Sorry for not having written before, yesterday I was just too shocked

Hi Paulo,
You can use other email addresses for Yahoo groups to send and receive
posts. I use several different email addresses. I am new to Gmail, but this
is where I receive all my yahoo group posts including the anemia group and
others. The only problem is with yahoo and sometimes for weird
I use aol and not yahoo but do not have a problem using the yahoo system.
Go to the lymphoma group home page and look at the bottom for the list owner's
email address and email her to ask what to do.

UGH!... excellent idea... it was just too easy for my twisted mind...
Thank you Michelle!

Just back from the vet's, talked to the oncologist, the result of the
analysis is that the 4 cm mass felt by palpation and visualized by
ecography is lymphoma. Feel devastated but do not surrender.
I am going to dig the archives, the web and my old arsenal.

Paolo,
I'm so sorry to hear this diagnosis. Did you talk to your vet about
steriod shots to help Rompi feel more comfortable? I took Michelle's
advice and began giving Spencer .4cc of dex daily, (my vet wouldn't
prescribe the combo shots that Michelle suggested), and it brought him

oh-- I did not see this post. Yes, the steroids help with lymphoma.
But lymphoma often responds very well to chemotherapy. Where is the mass,
and is Rompi felv+? Some cats go into permanent remission or remission lasting
for years with chemo. Depending on the kind of lymphoma (small
Chemo is VERY effective for Lymphoma. Can you get a referral to an oncologist
