 Hi there,
I like to use b complex vitamins for any sort of stress or illness. Cats lose
b vitamins during times of stress and illness. It definitely can boost
appetite and thirst if you ever have a problem with any of that. I will send
a link to a b complex page that has all products u can use for your kitty. B
complex is just a simple easy to find product that definitely helps.

 Take care

Vicky,

I would start your kitty on a healthy diet if she is for sure FeLV positive. I
hope that you confirmed the first test with an IFA test, just to be sure. How
old is the cat?

I know there are members of this group, other than myself, that are more
familiar with the diet and meds that you should consider using. Give them a
little time to chime in.

Good luck to you and your sweet kitty!

Don't forget, even if the IFA is negative, it only means that it's not in
the bone marrow yet..I have had recent personal experience with that.
