I think it sounds great. The main thing is to get the cat to eat SOMETHING. The good thing about the liver shake is that it's very nutritious. I have used it with a sick cat before and she was not anemic, just going downhill fast. Also, since A/D is recommended for cats in this situation I think
I made a modified liver shake with Hills A/D which has
liver and V-8...
My kitty that had stopped eating did eat that all by herself...
Any thoughts as to how it compares...Its much easier to make...

If it is Stage V lymphoma there are only 2 things that could possibly help
him-- chemotherapy and steroids. The combination gave Simon 2 months, most of
which were good, and probably would have given him more if he had not developed
