On 22nd Feb 2011 the BBC made changes to their HD encoder which causes the raw
TS file to display no video with MPC-HC/ffdshow/Haali. Switching to hardware
decoding in MPC-HC works ok. VLC is also ok. TS Packet Editor which relys on
ffdshow

Problem resolved - it was the Haali Splitter.
The latest Haali Splitter v1.11.96.14 sorts the problem out.
