My guess is that make horizontal applies only to cresc / dim. RIght-clicking (opt-click for Mac) on anything in the slur tools yields the same menu; only some of the adjustments apply to each type of smart shape. -Carolyn On 1/11/06, Johannes Gebauer [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: On 11.01.2006 dc

Yes, the manual says that you can make a horizontal slur, but what is that? A flat line? I think the manual is misleading, and that the horizontal setting applies only to cresc/dim. I should also add that I'd be happy to stand corrected if someone can ferret out what a horizontal slur is!

Is there a better way to enter the music than entering it into a normal staff system and copy/pasting it into a TAB staff? Not really. I found a bend sign, how about hammer on / pull off? Or tapping? There are lots of different styles for guitar notation, it really depends on what you want.

Is there a better way to enter the music than entering it into a normal staff system and copy/pasting it into a TAB staff? Yes, but you will have to study the manual. I do it infrequently enough that I have to relearn it. Can I do a TAB including stems and dots for the rhythms? Using the
