To add to Aaron's suggestion,there's a handy $15 utility called FileChute that does this automatically and generates a URL for the file at the same time, so that you can then email the URL to the intended recipient, and they can download the file. Karen Guthery recommended this

Greetings, I have just begun to work with Finale 2007 PC on my XP machine. When I try to add a smart shape to a score (i.e. slur, crescendo, decrescendo), finale crashes. It's nothing dramatic, finale just disappears. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a quick solution?
