Marcello Regarding your MIDI issue, the first thing I'd make sure is that the expression creating the swing feel applies to both staves. If the alto and tenor parts are on separate MIDI channels, and you have the expression assigned to the staff with the notes for the tenor, you won't get

The consumables might be cheaper in a newer printer. Does the drum roll/imagine thong need to be changed? That is the other thing that generally dies in addition to toner cartridges. You could have a bad toner as well. Some toners I've bought made those clicking noises and worked, some
