One other caveat about part of what David H. Bailey wrote: a ~tif file
must not only be uncompressed, but a single layer file, so transparency
in the tif format is not supported. Also, since Jim doesn't indicate

The second time I need it to go back to the D.S. but go to Coda II
What's standard practice for this? Just write out Coda II?

There is no standard practice for this. Double DSes are not recommended, unless
there are absolutely no overlaps and turning back pages is not required.
If the DSed part is short, rewrite it. If the first coda is short, just make it
a 1st ending.
Without knowing more, that is all I can offer.
Please consider just writng in out. Repeat pattens, especially complicated
and nested types, are a holdover from the days when everything had to be
copied out by hand.
Copy and paste routines of modern notation software have pretty much
