I'm not up with recent versions, but in Fin 2005 and 2007 there is indeed an
option in the endings dialog of "Go to measure #". Do you not have it? But
anyway, it's very easy to create it if MakeMusic don't include it in the
modern default files.

In the current versions of Finale, that "Go To Measure#" is only
effective once the first ending is played -- it does not prevent the
first ending from being played as Robert asked for help with in the
original message.

repeats. Go Measure # works for me, so long as it is in the bar preceding
