In the score, there is this articulation which I don't want to affect playback.
Despite the "Playback Effect" in the Articulation Design window is set to
"none", it is affecting playback. What am I missing? It is a jazz articulation,

I just tried running 2010 with El Capitan. It launched OK and I was able to

effects like the fall/glissando are created elsewhere - usually in the
human playback settings. For example you can switch off
"Glissandi" in the HP Custom
