It is also worth mentioning that it is critical in 2012 to make sure your music
font is included in the MacSymbolsFont.txt file. I have seen this solve some

Your movement titles are page-attached text. It is unlikely that your parts
will extend as many pages as your score. You should reassign titles to be
expressions that attach to the first measure of each movement. There may be
some positioning needed but they will be present in each part.

I do remember that bug. Oddly, the workaround was to insert way more measures
than you need - like 30 or more. Once it doesn't crash you can safely delete
the extra bars.
