Thanks for letting me know that Preview on a Mac will allow merged PDF files to be manipulated as you would in Acrobat. I wasn’t aware that Preview had that functionality which I used a lot in the past and need again now. Thanks, Nick Raspa NJR Music

Hello all, Thanks for all the input. I tried turning off the staff names in parts but that doesn't work. I believe the problem is that I used the score merger to add parts to an existing score but the score merger function isn’t designed to do anything but merge scores. So the result is that

I have a string quartet prepared in an older version of Finale. I am currently working in Finale 2014 and I want to have the score and parts in one file so that I can produce a PDF containing the score and all parts in one PDF file. I have already done the score merger and have the score and
