This is a document setting since a great many versions. Finale may have changed
the default setting, though. Under Document Settings>Music Spacing>Avoid
Collision of>Unisons: click None instead of Different Noteheads.
You might have to respace the document after this, and you might have to check
The other thing you could do if you don’t really care to actually have two
notes, is to only enter one note and use Special Tools to put the stem on both
sides of the notehead. I’ve done this many times and it’s fast and easy.

Thanks for the solution!
I entered the notes manually, in layers. But, it seems like I have to re-enter
the notes, it is not fixed as I do this in Documents Option. Will take some
time as I have done the Lyrics.

You don’t specify how you entered the two notes, different layers or different
voices. But there is a setting under Document Options > Music Spacing >
Unisons > None that just might fix this for you.
