I have been using SharpEye with considerable success.
SharpEye is produced and sold by Visiv: http://www.visiv.co.uk/
It uses MusicXML as its export medium. MusicXML is available with Finale via
the Dolet plugin developed by Recordare: http://www.recordare.com/finale/
