This will create 4/2 measures and also adjust measure-attached contents.
After that, rebar to 2/2.

2/2 is cut time, there's no need to double the durations.

I would like to force all .mus files to open with Fin12 as default (leaving
.musx to open in Fin14). The Finder Get Info window seems to want to offer

Forget it. I've tried this too many times to remember I'm afraid. Something
about Finale steadfastly refuses to honor that request at any level. Abobe
Acrobat Pro does the same thing on my Mac, altho more surreptitiously.
My only way around is the cntl-click on a file. Major PITA.
Sorry.
I think it's an OS issue rather than Finale. You'd have to uninstall 2014, I'm
afraid.
But you only have to control-click on the first file to open 2012. As long as
2014's not running at the same time, you can double click on any other file you
want and it will open in 2012.

Hi all,
FinWin2014. For those following this saga, I ended up having to create a

haywire. This project is at the end and everything is due tonight.
Issue 1

That's what I do too, but I was looking for a quicker alternative, having a
sixty pages piano score where very many diagonal dashed lines, connecting note
heads on different staves, collide with many other hairpins.

With the stuff I get to do, there is no generic template. I can only dream of

At least it's a paying client. If it were my own piece, the time wouldn't
matter at all. :)
