I have seen this book, both when it was being written, and on a recent
trip to the UK. (Faber, who publish this book, are my publishers).

I am trying to use TGTools Modify-Transfer to copy the Layout of a Drum
part to a Bass part but no matter what the settings are, the layout
doesn't get copied.
The drum part is almost all empty measures with slash notation and a few

However this comes up as the lesser problem for me. The edition wants buyers to
print an order form, fill it, and send it to them. I no longer have a legible

If you have the full version of Acrobat, you can run Form Field
Recognition on the PDF which allows you to type in the information.

Again thank you!
I have the full Adobe Acrobat 8, but I only can make the form filling work
partially.

The form doesn’t accommodate an international address.
I wouldn’t like to send my card information in a mail attachment anyway.
