Sorry, I don’t know. The Ivy audio piano sample should download as a zip file from which you extract the sfz file. It’s pretty big, around 4.5 GB, and may be too much for some systems. For something a bit smaller and probably more manageable, there’s the Salamander grand piano, to be found
