If I’m understanding the issue clearly, my suggestion would be to use whichever
transposition keeps the notated keyboard part in the same written key as the
piano.
Keyboard and piano are the same performer, no? Then to me that would be easiest
for the player. Keeping it in the same key
I just tried out changing the new MusicXML suffix back to import into Sibelius.
It recognized it as an OLD version;-)

it is notated indeed transposed and that is part of the issue, but
not from the traditional standpoint. i can choose to transpose the
keyboard up or down, meaning a G3/4# in the score appears in the part
as:
1) A when the electronic keyboard is tuned down a quarter tone
