I use F2007 on a Mac (10.5.8) and a friend has just asked whether it's
possible to collaborate on notation with him since he uses a PC. He's
willing to buy Finale. My initial response, was: No it's just not
practical, He wanted me to find out how those of you that actually
do this,
As long as you both run the same versions of finale, it works fine.
Oh, and make sure you save mac files with .mus extensions otherwise
windows has a fit.

Unless you are using some custom font, maybe Bill Duncan's
Productivity fonts, it won't be an issue. I never had any problems
moving files back and forth between platforms. Helvetica, Time,
Arialstandard font faces work fine. Heck even Comic Sans works
(Shudders).
